Hey! It’s me, the Director Miss Kristie I have been at Elite for 15 years! I started as the baby room teacher as well as Preschool teacher and Summer program teacher. Kids are my life and I have 3 of my own that have all gone to Elite. I have my Bachelors in Early childhood education and took over as Director June 2025. We would love to add you to our Elite family

Hi, I’m Mrs. Carmen and I have worked at Elite Learning Center for 10 years. I attended Parkland College to work on my Associates Degree in Child Development. I’m married and a Mom of 5. I’m currently a Lead Teacher in the Toddler room. I enjoy Teaching children and watching them learn and grow!

Howdy! Mrs Mindy I am a mom of 3 boys. I have my CDA in preschool and currently working on my Associates in Early Childhood Education. I have been at Elite for 5 years and excited for many more years to come! I am hoping one day to be as awesome as Mrs. Kristie she is my biggest role model.

Hey Miss Jes, I have been teaching for 3 years. I love working at Elite Learning Center; it has such a family atmosphere and feels like home. I am working on my associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I can’t wait to teach your littles!

Hello! My name is Miss Ryleigh I have a 2 year old daughter, and we love it here at Elite! I love to sing songs, read stories, dance, play, and cuddle with all of the littles, no matter what age! English is my first language, but I do dabble in a tad bit of sign language, and of course, toddler babble. 😉😂

Mr.Vance! I have been a cook for over 20 years & have been cooking at Elite for over a year. You may know my wife, Mrs Kristie! We have 3 beautiful kids, 2 girls & 1 boy. I am also the School-Age teacher in the afternoon and during the summer. In my free time, I love golfing and hanging with my family! ‍ ‍

Hi! I’m Addyson I’ve been working at Elite for a year. I especially love working with infants and toddlers and watching them grow, learn, and reach new milestones so quickly! I believe every child is unique and learns differently, so I strive to care for each child based on their individual needs. I love creating a fun, loving environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore and learn. Outside of work, I enjoy singing, crafting, and DIY projects. I feel so lucky to be a part of each child’s journey and watch them grow! 💕

My favorites are: Reading - Spending time with family and friends - Anything vintage - Watching football - Binging reality shows -Listening to music - Going on vacation - Going thrift shopping. I am alumni of St Joseph Ogden High School & the oldest of 4 sisters! I am so happy to be apart of this amazing work family and getting to see my work babies everyday and getting to teach them new and incredible things as they grow!
